Questions
Why does the store use Sparks?
Sparks are LightVille’s premium currency. You top up once in Rand, then every item in the store has one simple price in Sparks. Bigger top-ups come with bonus Sparks, so you get more for your money.
How long until I get what I bought?
Sparks are added as soon as your payment is confirmed. Anything you buy with them is delivered to your character on your next login, or within about a minute if you’re already in the city.
Can I get a refund?
Sparks are non-refundable once they’re added to your account. The one exception: if something you bought fails to deliver, the Sparks you spent are returned to your balance automatically.
Can I trade Sparks or cash them out?
No. Sparks belong to your account. They can’t be sent to other players, traded or turned back into cash.
What happens to my Sparks if I’m banned?
Banned accounts lose their Sparks balance and can’t buy from the store. Play by the server rules and your Sparks stay safe.
How do property deeds work?
Homes and warehouses are sold as deeds. Buy a deed here, then go to the estate agent in game and choose any vacant property of that class. The deed waits on your account until you redeem it.
Where does the money go?
Straight to LightVille Games. It pays for the server, the launcher and new content. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and no staff member ever handles your money.
